TUNING IN

 

Relaxation in today's fast lifestyle is becoming harder and harder to find. People are out of touch with their natural selves. In losing this closeness to nature we find our lives are missing something, but quite what we are not sure.

The world has definitely become a smaller place, we can be on the other side of the world in hours but trying to get in or out of your main city at peak times can leave us feeling very stressed out.

Stress has been proven to be a killer and society is beginning to at least acknowledge the effects of stress, but the wheels turn slowly.

The LEE STYLE T'ai Chi Chuan as taught by the Grand Master Chee Soo has been kept alive by my Teacher Christopher Simpson, who has successfully kept the Taoist philosophy, that is such a big part of this ancient art, integrated and whole.

Your registration to our association will

allow you access to weekend and residential

courses and covers the costs of keeping the standard and quality of our association high.

This ensures that we give the student the best possible learning environment and keeps the association fresh and moving forward.

The weekend and residential courses give the student achance to interact with other students and teachers from other classes.They also allow you the opportunity to learn the Lee family style T'ai Chi Chuan in more detail.

Weekend courses cover such disciplines as: weapons training (sword, stick, broad sword, rattan, silk) our unique self-defence system Feng Shou Kung Fu and also Anmo massage. Find out more by clicking on our Association's Seahorse logo below.

CLASS IN MOVEMENT

 

Our T'ai Chi classes are aimed at old and young alike and have a very traditional feel, indeed the values that were a part of this ancient art are kept alive by our association.

The Instructors are trained to a very high standard and give the student a very high quality of tuition.
